Pune is home. Calls can be IST-friendly. For Australia and Sweden, remote was the default, not a compromise. If you want a partner who understands Indian offers, Indian media costs, and Indian payment and WhatsApp reality, that is the advantage. If you want a 40-person office in BKC, that is not this.

Sometimes. Sometimes we are the senior layer on a specific bottleneck. We do not pretend to be 100 people.
